Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
Can I upgrade from Birdie to Eagle or VIP?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. You will be charged the full price of the new plan and your subscription period resets to 1 year from the upgrade date.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. You just lose access to premium features, but all your rounds, stats, bets, and history remain intact.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and MercadoPago (for Latin America). All payments are processed securely.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always available with core features including unlimited rounds, statistics, handicap, and AI Coach. Try it out and upgrade when you are ready for more!
I am a club owner. What does VIP include?
The VIP/Owner plan gives you everything in Eagle plus the ability to create and fully manage your golf club: member management, tee times scheduling, club tournaments, and club analytics. Perfect for club owners and managers.

¿Puedo cancelar mi suscripción?
Sí, puedes cancelar cuando quieras. Tu acceso permanecerá activo hasta el final de tu período de facturación actual. No eliminamos automáticamente tus datos al cancelar (puedes solicitar la eliminación en cualquier momento a través de nuestro canal de soporte).
¿Puedo pasar de la categoría Birdie a Eagle o VIP?
Sí. Puedes actualizar tu plan cuando quieras. Según tu configuración de facturación, las actualizaciones pueden prorratearse o facturarse de inmediato. Tu plan cambia al instante y la fecha de renovación se regirá por las normas que aparecen al finalizar la compra o en tu portal de facturación.
¿Qué sucede con mis datos si hago una degradación del servicio?
Tus datos permanecen en tu cuenta. Simplemente perderás el acceso a las funciones premium, pero tus rondas, estadísticas, apuestas e historial se mantendrán intactos.
¿Qué métodos de pago se aceptan?
Aceptamos tarjetas de crédito/débito a través de Stripe, además de PayPal. En Latinoamérica, también aceptamos MercadoPago. Todos los pagos se procesan de forma segura mediante nuestros proveedores de pago.
¿Hay una prueba gratuita?

VIP (Propietario) incluye todo lo de Eagle, además de la gestión completa del club: gestión de socios, programación de horarios de salida, torneos del club y análisis del club, diseñado para propietarios y gerentes de clubes.
