Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
Can I upgrade from Birdie to Eagle or VIP?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. You will be charged the full price of the new plan and your subscription period resets to 1 year from the upgrade date.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. You just lose access to premium features, but all your rounds, stats, bets, and history remain intact.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and MercadoPago (for Latin America). All payments are processed securely.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always available with core features including unlimited rounds, statistics, handicap, and AI Coach. Try it out and upgrade when you are ready for more!
I am a club owner. What does VIP include?
The VIP/Owner plan gives you everything in Eagle plus the ability to create and fully manage your golf club: member management, tee times scheduling, club tournaments, and club analytics. Perfect for club owners and managers.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel anytime. Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period. We don’t automatically delete your data when you cancel (you can request deletion anytime via our support channel).
Can I upgrade from Birdie to Eagle or VIP?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Depending on your billing setup, upgrades may be prorated or billed immediately. Your plan changes right away, and your renewal date will follow the rules shown at checkout/in your billing portal.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data remains in your account. You’ll simply lose access to premium features, while your rounds, stats, bets, and history stay intact.
