You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
•Be a new subscriber (this guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals).
•Submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
